Support Staff Vacancies:
TEMPORARY Teaching Assistant: Grade C (£8.69 per hour)
We are looking to appoint someone who is smiley, calm, accepting, curious and empathic to work 1-1 with a year 4 pupil who has a diagnosis of ASC. The successful applicant needs to have an understanding of learning through play.
The post is 5 days per week, term time only and will be for the duration of the time the pupil remains at Mill Ford School.
Experience/knowledge of ASC, Learning Disabilities and the THRIVE approach would be advantageous. All applicants should have experience of working with special needs pupils and a relevant NVQ (or equivalent) qualification. Training and support will be provided.

Permanent Receptionist/Admin Assistant Grade B (£8.45 per hour) 30 hours per week.
Hours Mon-Wed 8.00 am-2.45 pm, Thurs 8.00 am - 3.00 pm, Fri 9.30 am - 2.45 pm
We are looking to appoint an enthusiastic, hard-working & friendly Receptionist/Admin Assistant to join our busy team. As our main contact on Reception we are looking for candidates who are well organised, with a clear professional telephone manner and excellent communication skills.
The successful applicant will be a multitasker and have the ability to prioritise a busy workload whilst remaining calm under pressure, providing administrative support as part of the Administration team.
Grade C English and Maths/NVQ Level 1 in Administration or equivalent, or experience, is essential together with good computer skills.
