Staff

There is a highly dedicated, well motivated, professional body of staff at Mill Ford School.

The Senior Leadership Team (SLT) consists of 5 people:

• Headteacher - Claire Wills
• Deputy Headteacher - Simon Payne
• School Business Manager - Andrea Howard
• Secondary Assistant Headteacher - Robyn Becker
• Primary Assistant Headteacher - Celina Cox

The SLT meet weekly to discuss School strategy.

There are 13 classes at Mill Ford School. Each class has a Teacher and a minimum of three Teaching Assistants. There are also two Higher Level Teaching Assistants who cover teachers for Planning, Preparation and Assessment (PPA) time.

A strong operations team supports the smooth running of the School along with the Site Supervisor, Cleaners and Kitchen Staff.

There is a full-time NHS employed Nurse on the main School site while many other professionals support the work of the School, mainly from the health sector.

One staff member employed at Mill Ford School earns a salary in excess of £100K.
